Say - A command used to sent a text string into chat, when I push 6, I will automatically send 'Scrake!' into the chatbox. 
(Example: 6=Say Scrake!)
TeamSay - Same as above. 
(Except in 'team-chat', but it's basically the same thing, as everyone is on the same team.) 
(Example: 6=TeamSay Scrake!)
| - A command separator, allowing you to issue multiple commands via one bind. (Example: 6=Say Scrake! | Speech AUTO 14)
Speech - A command used to sent voice responses to other players, I will include a full parameter list below.

ShowVoteMenu - A command used to display the map/kick voting menus. (Example: 6=ShowVoteMenu)
adminlogin - A command used to login as server administrator. (Example: 6=adminlogin ilikecookies123)
Stat - A command used to toggle the display of statistics on your screen.

An example command Perk to alert an approaching stalker.
we went to User.ini and add the following command at any point unoccupied, for example the letter "H".

H=Say Perk commando, there are stalkers! | Speech AUTO 17

save the changes. Then when you are playing touch the letter "H", this message will automatically show 
"Commando Perk, there are stalkers!" and the audio will be played automatically representing the stalker.
